I had a terrifying dream last night, does it mean anything?

so in my dream, i was pregnant, and im the type of person that this is what i want out of life: children. So as i am about to give birth, im telling my parents "cmon i need to get to the hospital now!!!" and they dont take me, so i end up giving birth by myself on the floor. The baby comes out deformed. Im talking spine on the outside of its body, limbs where they are not supposed to be, eyes all over the place, and it dies in front of me. I cry on the floor that my first child was unhealthy and died. and then i wake up. could this be a sign of what is to come because if that happened to me for real i think i would kill myself.
