The names Rowan and Reagan?

I don't particularly like them, (although Rowan is kinda growing on me) but I was wondering are Rowan and Reagan considered boys or girls names? I look them up and they say different things in different places. I've seen Reagan on a boy and that's it. I seriously have NO clue and was just wondering?
