What workouts do professional fighters like Muhammed Ali and Bruce Lee use to get their limbs so fast?

this is just like training an athlete for speed and Agility. i would recommend using a speed bag, along with resisted punches and kicks. use ankle, and wrists weights during kick boxing. along with this a great exercise i do is a kettle bell swing release at top and tap it six times. start of at just taping it once or twice but this will get ur hand speed up fast.
