What do I have to do with the DMV after buying a car privately in Oregon?

My brother in law actually gave me the car, he signed the title over, but I haven't done anything with the DMV yet. I guess I have to go register, but I am having trouble finding the exact steps on the Oregon DMV site, and they are hard to reach by phone. Any ideas?
