Atheists, in your opinion, how were we created?

I cant state that we're all perfect creatures, there are those who were born limb, deaf, blind, etc, etc, that's imperfection, we have vessels, blood, eyes that are in a certain way perfect, we have intelligence too. if the earth is product of a huge explotion, but what about humans?
