Can i install windows 7 oem on a new mo/bo mine when out and im worried?

i bought windows 7 home premium oem and installed it on my new system build for some reason the mobo crashed a few days later i didn't overclock anything will i be able to reinstall windows 7 when i get the replacement or will i have have to buy another copy. i was reading online and it says oem registers the in the bios. please help thanks
