Complaining registration online procedures?

I have tried several attempts to register on online to SSS but there are always an error registering myself in SSS for contribution inquiry.The data that I filled up are all correct in the best of knowledge and still the electronic system does not responding at all. Even my name it was not recognized - says " Your Name is incorrect" How could I correct that - even my name was not accepted by the system?
