My 6 month old fell off the sofa!!?

I feel awful ! The drop was only little and he landed on carpet , he cried at first and then I hugged him and he calmed down after about two minutes he was smiling at me, I've checked him over he's not got any bumps or bruises and can move all his limbs ok. Will he be ok I'm a little scared :(
