What happens after a big balck bee or any other bee stings you?

I know the bee dies after it stings...or i think most of them do...but what happens to us humans? do we get a big boil or bump on the affected area or does it take control of your whole entire limb???? please answer! also answer whether or not all bees or just some die after stinging someone or something...
