What is this movie called that Rowan Atkinson plays in?

i saw this clip of him when he locks himself out of his room naked and then how he tries to get the keys to his room. When he gets in danger of someone seeing him, he hides in this one case that this boy is dragging to a guests room. Inside, he dresses like her and applies makeup. Then he goes to the front desk to ask for the keys. WHile doing so, the real lady who he is showing comes up behind him.
