What should i pay for a 1989 nissan 240 with a rust whole in frame?

I don't know about Canada, but in the United States, a rust HOLE in any part of the frame is an automatic failure. Rusted out frames are generally not repairable without extensive work. Unless that car is a car that you just can't live without and are willing to sink thousands of dollars into, just move on.
