Where is there a bank I can sign up to with no monthly fees?

I am ok with transaction fees but I was registering for BECU again cause my dad closed mine when I was younger cause i didnt use it but when I try signing up to the site it says I already have a account because of the SSN an I am 14 btw please dont say something that wont help
