Help With New Hermit Crab?

My hermit crab lost a leg. I haven't had them for a week yet and I read that when they lose limbs, the usually molt faster. As I said, i haven't had them a week yet, and I haven't prepared an ISO tank. What can I do to be safe in this whole situation for a low cost (because I've spent $100 or so on them already)?
