Powdered aluminum? Help?

where can you get it? The making process takes way too long and i dont want to order it either because i have no pay pal, if i did i would. Many people suggested going to a paint store, but sadly no luck because of stupid kids blowing up there limbs. so anyone who can help thanks and i know making flash powder is illegal and very dangerous. Im not making flash powder I want to mix paint an create a tone that suits me
