Is there a way to transfer your gamerscore and friends to a new xbox account?

i lost the email to my xbox acc, and i want to change my gamertag and all too, so i was just wondering if this could be done. i want to transfer my game saves, gamerscore and achievements most of all because i have a fairly large amount, to a new account that ive already registered. any help?
