My 4 year old goldendoodle was swimming with the kids today, she swallowed?

quite a bit of water and 30 mins. later was inside and we noticed she was having trouble standing and she was awkwardly stretching out her limbs. After a couple minutes she bolted toward the door hitting the wall as she went out and proceeded to vomit quit a bit of yellow bile. She was a little quiet for a few minutes then seemed alright. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
