Plzz help emergency ?

Ok so I'm 19yearz old I have a 7 month old baby girl now my problem here is I currently live with my boyfriend of 3 years for the past 3 years I've been living hell he's hit me before he's verbally abusive always names calls me he has a record he's registered as a violent offender he's on probation he has so many court dates he has so many warrants I wana get away like move my family is moving to new mexico nd I wana leave with them that's the only way to get away from him my baby has his last name he signed the birthcertificate but I haven't gone to actually get it I just have the paper from the hospital plzz help me he's a druggy n a drunk he's just crazy he gets mad at the baby sometimes he has no patience plzz help me what can I do..!!!????
